Haley Ethridge joined Reynolds and Gold Law as an Associate Attorney at the beginning of 2021.
Haley attended law school at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. During her final year, she worked as a Rule XV student attorney in the University of Arkansas School of Law’s Legal Clinic providing legal assistance to clients dealing with wage and hour disputes and adoptions. That same year, she worked as an extern in the legal department of Tyson Foods Inc.
After graduating with her Juris Doctorate in 2018, Haley went on to work for Walmart Corporate. During her time there, she focused on global regulatory monitoring and enforcement, which included identifying areas of non-compliance to prevent future fines and penalties and creating new, more efficient systems for markets to report compliance-related events
Outside of the office, Haley is passionate about serving the communities she lives in. In 2019, she served as Event Chair for the Junior League of Northwest Arkansas. During her time as Event Chair, she worked hard to raise awareness, money, and resources for domestic violence victims and their families.
For two years, before moving back to Springfield, Haley served as a Big Sister through Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Northwest Arkansas.
